Charing Cross is not a veterinary clinic

Despite the wording in our domain name, Charing Cross Cats LLC is not a veterinary clinic and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or other clinical veterinary services. Veterinary services are provided by appropriately licensed veterinary professionals.

Charing Cross is not the breeder of every kitten

Kittens listed through our commercial network are raised by independent breeders. The applicable breeder is identified on the kitten listing. Charing Cross manages the customer-facing adoption process but does not represent itself as the breeder of every kitten.

Health and educational information

Health information on the website relates to individual kittens, breeders, documentation, or general educational information. Specific health claims should be verified against the applicable kitten’s veterinary records and written purchase documentation. The written health guarantee supplied with an applicable purchase controls contractual health coverage.

Breed and cat-care information is for general informational purposes and should not be treated as veterinary advice. For medical concerns, consult a qualified veterinary professional.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, but availability, kitten status, pricing, health information, transportation options, and other details can change. Applicable written transaction documents control where they differ from general website information.
